Second Interview

The second interview is conducted by the hiring manager and is more in-depth, focusing primarily on the technical skills and expertise required for the position. For certain roles, a skills assessment test may also be requested to better evaluate your technical abilities. This stage allows both the candidate and the manager to explore the role in detail and ensure a strong mutual fit.

Employment Offer
