August 2 & 3: Medochemie All-Cyprus Athletics Championship
The top athletics event in Cyprus is back!
On August 2 and 3, 2025, the Tsirion Stadium in Limassol will host the Medochemie All-Cyprus Athletics Championship for men and women, offering unforgettable moments, thrilling performances, and intense excitement.
Staying true to the universal message of “fair play”, Medochemie once again takes the role of Main Sponsor and Title Partner, actively supporting sports and the athletes who bring them to life.
The official announcement of this year’s championship, dedicated to the memory of Stella Kalopaidis-Grigoriou, was made during a press conference at Medochemie’s offices in Limassol.
The best… at the starting line
Top Cypriot athletes are expected to compete in the Medochemie All-Cyprus Athletics Championship, the country’s most important annual athletics event, aiming to push their limits and break personal records.
During the press conference, the athletes also encouraged the public to support them by filling the stands of Tsirion Stadium once again this year.
Messages of support for sports
Periklis Markaris, President of the Cyprus Amateur Athletics Federation (KOEAS), highlighted that the Medochemie All-Cyprus Athletics Championship is the peak of the domestic athletics calendar and invited fans to attend in large numbers to cheer the athletes on and inspire them to give their best.
Kyriakos Tsolakis, President of the Gymnastic Club Olympia (GSO), said that the club is proud to host the championship, noting that the Tsirion Stadium provides an ideal setting for athletes to achieve their best performances.
Achilleas Tsangaris, Financial Director of Medochemie, said that the championship gives athletes the chance to compete in events where they have historically excelled and achieve significant career milestones. He also invited the public to join this great celebration of sport during the upcoming weekend.
